Purchase help
Jungle Rush uses Apple’s StoreKit for the optional 5,000 Coin Pack. Apple controls payment authorization and transaction records. If a purchase is pending or missing, first confirm the App Store account and network connection, then contact us. Do not email Apple transaction identifiers, payment-card details, or advertising identifiers.
Privacy requests
For privacy questions, analytics opt-out, identifier reset, or data deletion, email [email protected] or use the in-game Privacy & Support screen. Read the Privacy Policy and Privacy Choices pages first for the fastest path.
We aim to respond to support requests within five business days.
